Pre-Order Policy
- Missed Pickups: If you fail to pick up your pre-order on the specified date, refunds cannot be provided.
- Order Changes: Should you need to reschedule your original pickup or delivery date, please contact our Customer Care team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- No-Shows for Delivery: If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed-upon time, and we are unable to reach you using the provided contact information, the order will be considered fulfilled, and refunds will not be issued.
Our Quality Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our Banana Pudding and signature treats. If you find your order unsatisfactory due to quality, we will replace it with a product of equal or lesser value, subject to the following terms and conditions:

- The Quality Guarantee applies only to Banana Pudding and sweet treats ordered directly from Goodies Banana Pudding.
- Unsatisfactory quality includes temperature issues, undercooked or overcooked items, incorrect orders, or damaged products.
- The guarantee does not cover issues related to delivery times, sides, drinks, or desserts not listed in your order.
- Claim Requirements:
- Contact us the same day as your original order and within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup to claim the guarantee.
- No more than two (2) bites of the original dessert may have been consumed.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Replacement Process:
- For Delivery Orders: Replacements will be delivered to the same address as the original order, either on the same day or with a future order.
- For Pickup Orders: Bring the original item to the same location where it was purchased to receive your replacement.
- Goodies Banana Pudding reserves the right to collect the original order upon delivery of the replacement.
- Availability:
- Replacements are subject to product availability during regular business hours and are non-transferable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided for:
